I am a passionate and dedicated educator who hold a deep hope that there is a better way to do education in New Zealand and beyond. As well as my own skillset and experience I am able to provide connectivity to other genuine experts in this field.

To share the tools of best practice - equipping educators and leadership teams to deliver effective teaching, well-developed project based curriculum, and optimal learning environments so that young people can be offered a base for excellence in all spheres of life.

Our Mission

For schools to see the value of a project based curriculum and strategic resource management, and to provide access to quality support so that schools may effectively offer these within their learning environments. 

To challenge all aspects of the NZ education system to improve and help our young people create a great future for themselves and our beautiful country.

Alwyn Poole, a well-known figure in the New Zealand education system. An Academic Advisor and prominent figure and voice in the partnership schools movement, Alwyn is a highly educated, experienced and motivated teacher with a desire to help all children reach their full potential in all areas; academically, socially, physically and emotionally. Throughout his extensive teaching career and in his study, he has sought the best ways to teach and learn.
